Anna Valencia serves as Administrative Associate for the Academic Affairs & Student Success team in the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences. Anna provides support to the Senior Associate Dean, Amy Kimme Hea, assisting with scheduling, academic integrity, Graduate Council, operations improvement, and other administrative duties. She is also the SBS point of contact for several common student inquires. 

Anna is a proud University of Arizona alumna. She graduated from SBS with her B.A. in Global Studies, with a minor in History. She also studied abroad in South Korea. Before her current role, she worked at the U of A Foundation, supporting the Senior Vice President for Principal Giving, and working on high-level philanthropic projects. Additionally, Anna has previous experience in K-12 education. 

Anna is a born and raised Tucsonan, dog mom, sports fanatic, and nature enthusiast. She enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and appreciating the beautiful landscape of Tucson.
